IT system maintenance

  • Monthly maintence on workday basis (Monday – Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM)
    Remote access (if the problems are simpler, problems are accessed through the Internet)
    Expected time of arrival on site is next workday, at the latest (in case of complex problems)
    Tech phone support throughout the day
